📋 What to Bring (or Submit Online)

Make sure your application includes:

  • 🧾 Full Credit Report (Equifax or TransUnion – full PDF, not just the score)

  • 💼 Employment Letter (on company letterhead, signed and dated)

  • 💰 2 Most Recent Pay Stubs

  • 🏠 Previous Landlord Reference (email or letter format)

  • 🪪 Government-Issued Photo ID

  • 👥 Two Personal References (non-family preferred)
